How to have a test
Our range of diagnostic tests are available
directly through the laboratory. Many of these can be used in
your own home but kits requiring a blood sample will require the
assistance of your GP or practice nurse.
Kits can be ordered on line by selecting the appropriate kit and
submitting the request form below, or by contacting
the laboratory directly.
Our laboratory hours are Monday to
Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. If you

Payment is on return of your test
